Thank yourselves for what you have accomplished during these days. Allow your hearts to be touched: you have loved yourselves. Do not waste this Love.
May Silence be your true Life’s companion, and always be with you. May it be a practical Silence, with little noise and most of all, with very few thoughts.
When there is Silence within you, everything that Life asks you to do is carried out swiftly with an instinct that is precise, rapid and resolving.
To find a solution to problems with a noisy Mind is complicated, difficult and sometimes painful and hard work. Resolving situations in a state of inner Silence is rapid and easily sorted out, because Life offers you the solution. It is only in Silence that you are able to find solutions.
Surrendering to Life does not mean that you are without responsibilities, or belittling yourself. It simply means being wiser because you have entrusted the guidance you need, to the divine part of yourself.
Every thought, every problem, every doubt arising from your Mind, must be immediately suppressed, and entrusted to the divine part of you.
If you can’t find a rational approach to a situation, don’t worry or force yourself to look for the solution, but be certain that the “superior” part of you knows how to deal with it.
Do not think that this mechanism can be used only for the big events: to activate and consolidate this mechanism within you, many vibrations are needed. Therefore, it is necessary to frequently say YES to LIFE.
Even with small things, when there is a doubt, ask Life to give you a sign, to show you which is the right path to take.
Learn to play with Life, learn to call her FRIEND, not an enemy, learn to live Lightheartedly.
Silence takes over your Mind, your cells, all of your being.
In the quietness there is REGENERATION.
What you quieten becomes resplendent.
What you put aside because you are not able to decide or take action, will represent itself with the solution.
These have been very intense days that have produced great energetic movement; some things have been awakened, others have disappeared. Do not try to assess what has happened within yourselves, Continue in the following days to maintain a mental Silence, and face the return to “normality” with this Silence.
All the thoughts that trouble you must be left HERE, NOW. Put them in the middle of this circle without giving them a name or a connotation, just as a small part of you, and say:
This small part of me, these thoughts that I have not yet sorted out, and torment me……….GO INTO THE MIDDLE OF THIS CIRCLE. We put them there, and leave them.
Do not be afraid of this empty mental state, welcome it within yourselves with Joy, a target that your Energy has finally reached.
LOVE YOURSELVES…LOVE YOURSELVES….LOVE YOURSELVES with all your strength, with Determination, Coherence and Wisdom.
Do not be afraid to put forward your own beliefs to others when you think it is right to do so. Do not deny yourselves the Joy that Life has granted you.
Now open your eyes, and hold hands: we have put into the circle our troublesome thoughts. Let us burn them, scatter them in the wind, ignoring them…….now each of you do exactly what you feel like doing.
You must all contribute to dissolve the heap of cinders and trouble that we have put there.
Everyone in his own way: to burn, to scatter, to ignore. There is no way that is better than another; each of you listen to your inner self.
Let us circulate a current of Love through our hands, creating a vortex through our hands. Let the current be strong, involving, becoming LIGHT. Watch it flow around us, passing from one to another.
At this moment of leave-taking, I want to give you these certitudes:
YOU ARE BEINGS MADE OF LIGHT, YOU ARE INVIOLABLE, WHEN YOU ACT, AND LIVE AND REACT WITH YOUR DIVINE PART, NOTHING CAN TOUCH YOU. YOU WILL NOT BE HARMED. EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENS IS BECAUSE LIFE WANTS IT THAT WAY, AND GIVING YOU A SITUATION, YOU WILL ALWAYS BE GIVEN THE SOLUTION. YOU WILL BE GUIDED, SUSTAINED, AND LED TO WHERE YOU MUST GO.
CONTINUE WITH SILENCE
Place within yourselves this certainty: I AM A BEING MADE OF LIGHT. I AM INVIOLABLE.
