The Mind’s Instinct

Let us make a great effort not to live in a destructive way, but gently, simply, constructively, serenely and above all convinced that the only purpose of our Life, is to construct rather than ruin it.
To construct our Life means first to construct ourselves, enter within ourselves with great Love, look for our virtues and limits, understand that in every moment we must force ourselves to give the best, and all this must lead us to the construction of ourselves and our Life in Harmony with the Universe.
These words have been said numerous times, written and read so many times.
Why then do we always go back to this subject?
Because as the human being gradually evolves and becomes conscious of his self, knows himself better, he has a continuous need to alter or adjust something.
This has an energetic significance, as it is natural to weigh up situations – what happens, what we think and do, considering our new energetic development.
If before we could sum up a situation with the Mind, with our ability to discern, with the logic, intelligence, culture and information that we have, now that we have made progress in Evolution, we must assess the same situation instinctively.
We must be able to judge instinctively if the situation is right or wrong FOR US.
This is a fundamental transition, because no situation is absolutely right or wrong, but always and only relating to ourselves.
To be able to understand a situation instinctively means to have reached a good knowledge of ourselves, to have the objectives that must inspire our Life very clear, and therefore have at last removed from our way of living, the vibration of Appearance, and arrived at the vibration of Being.
It is natural then when the cognitional phase takes over, and we want to analyze the situation that we have accepted instinctively, the path is difficult, because then doubts set in which can undermine the certainties and chiefly can cause confusion.
So that we do not lose ourselves or disperse energy, we need to silence the Mind, believing it to be right, because all the objections may be true, but they must not make us deviate from our adherence to the situation, that we have instinctively felt right for us.
This means that after we have felt the situation is right for us, we must live it, make it ours, develop the event, even if logically or practically it can have limits, dark corners, uncertainties.
We must remember that our instinct has told us that the path we have chosen is right, and above all that we have felt it right through our most profound instinct.
Then if the Mind insinuates doubts, presents problems that we have not considered at the beginning, this is no motive to reject our initial adhesion to the situation.
The Mind is a marvelous mechanism, even if it is still not completely understood, and it is one of the highest manifestations of Evolution.
However, the Mind even if it is marvelous, needs to make the individual be well, it cannot do the opposite with doubts and anxieties, but unfortunately the Mind is not able to offer us solutions.
We can hypothesize many, but only those predicted by Life will be decisive: all the rest we can develop and make real, using the instinct of our Mind.
Here there is a muddle of words, because the instinct should be separate from the Mind, but the Mind has its own instinct, which does not have an energetic base, but acts on earthly information that is connected to appearance, our knowledge, education and the effect of the society that surrounds us, and as such it is a conditioned instinct.
Instead we must be able to put the Mind at the service of our deepest instinct. Oblige us to follow the path that our deepest instinct has indicated as right for us.
We should not throw out the Mind’s objections, but consider them in a carefree way.
When we feel them heavy going and tiring, when we feel that we are not making progress because the Mind always suggests the same things and doubts, we must be able to swiftly put them behind us, without leaving space for these themes and problems.
All this becomes easy, when we open our eyes in the morning, and our first thought is to thank Life for everything we have, promising to accept and not complicate it, to make it constructive, and put as our priority, our deepest instinct – inherent in every human being – to live harmoniously and well.
The moment we open our eyes, a big thank you to Life which has allowed us to partake of this earthly adventure, and then a promise not to destroy what Life wants us to do: our disposition to Evolution, to our energetic completeness, being careful not to destroy it by following certain ways of being, of living of thinking that are in total opposition to Evolution.
