It is necessary that we understand when we can trust our Mind, and when we can trust our Instinct.
There are two completely different ways of doing this because they each correspond to two different polarities.
When our Instinct suggests something, when from our inner self an inclination emerges that has not come from the Mind but from our Instinct, when a tension towards a certain situation occurs and it has not been thought about or wanted, but appears like a “pointer” this is the moment when room can be given to the Mind to fulfill what the Instinct has suggested.
What distinction can we make to help us understand if what has “surfaced” in the Mind is fruit of our Instinct or of our own Volition.
First of all, the fruit of our own Volition can immediately disappear as a passing thought.
Instead, if it is fruit of our Instinct, the thought will return, signaling to us that through the realization of what the Instinct is suggesting, we may acquire a useful and necessary experience for our Evolution.
There are not many ways of dealing with this process, only clarity about what you are, how you function, and how you are “organized”
You are body, soul and spirit, there are different frequencies within you, there is the technical part, more rational and concrete that belongs to the Mind, and then there is the predominant part that must guide you to making important choices and experiences for Evolution.
Comprehending this means understanding that every time you want something, two codes of behavior suddenly appear: that of the Instinct that suggests, and that of the Mind that organizes.
This must be the perfect sequence.
When however it is only the Mind that suggests and organizes, you should not feel guilty, just think that you are having an experience to get to know yourself better.
What you do is the result of your ability. A mistake in this procedure can be seen when you ask God, the saints and Life to help you achieve something suggested to you by your Mind.
This is a fundamental error.
When YOU want something, which in itself is not wrong, you must use your own potential.
The result, whether it is clear or not, will anyway give you an idea of what you are, how you are able to react, and what your real abilities are.
To trust in Life through the Instincts’ suggestions, you need to live with a sense of relativity: nothing is absolute, unchangeable, fundamental, everything is relative.
Nothing is more important than the vibration that you express when you do, or not do something.
Therefore, do not worry about the result, but the inner consciousness that led you to the result, and the feeling that the result arouses in you.
