Smile at what life gives you, smile at yourself,
let the moment you are living now, make you smile.
There is Joy when you smile,
and in Joy there is the acceptance of Life.
Accepting Life there is Harmony,
and in Harmony one reaches the divine.

All these however, begin with a smile.
When you smile, all Life’s difficulties become less arduous, lighter, immaterial, they disappear from the Mind, from the Soul, they disperse.
The smile prepares one for Joy, and with Joy, situations are perceived in a better way, a different perspective.
Situations are not burdensome, and if they are not, then they can be dealt with more easily.
Everyone has their problems, but it is unreasonable to think that it is a wicked Life that gives them to us, we must just simply think that the problem must be a moment to reflect on.
When the problem is very big, and takes over our life, when we are frustrated, and do not know which direction to take, then that is the moment when we must surrender to the divine, to search for the Strength and Ability to overcome the problem.
We must never feel that we are abandoned when facing the uncertainties of Life, because Solitude creates even more conflict and anxiety.
We must always feel that the divine part of us is always active, it protects us and is vigilant, but even so, it does not eliminate the problem.
A problem can be a blessed moment in a person’s life, because through it he can enter into communion with his self, trusting in his divine essence, and with this help, overcome the problem.
Once the problem has been overcome, we are stronger, more responsible and above all, we are more aware.
Without Awareness, we are lost: the same problems arise, we attract them again, and we find ourselves in exactly the same condition as before. This is because we have lived them and dealt with them without Awareness.
The good wishes that I send to you all, is that awareness will be with you in every moment of your lives, and you succeed in living with a smile.
