Relaxation

 

While we are relaxing, let us think of the ailments that are bothering us at this moment………………..those places in our body that are blocked: the head….the neck……shoulders……the chest….legs….arms………..if we visualize these obstructions, if we think that we have problems with our internal organs, we must acknowledge it…………they exist…………….but they are not alarming.
Treatment can keep them stable….and anyway, we are not bedridden, we can conduct our normal lives, therefore we consider these ailments with a relative importance………..Why have these ailments occurred? Why has something in our body stopped working properly? Or because we have treated ourselves badly, we haven’t looked after ourselves enough, or it is a congenital problem, linked to age, but this mustn’t make us worry.
NOW, breathe deeply and slowly, making a new body descend upon us, as if it was a mist, a cloud that surrounds us and models itself to our body.
It enters our organs………………………………………………….Everything is new, perfect, working well…………………………………….When this cloud touches the place that has a problem, the one that we have highlighted…. it then has to “force” itself into that place, to take control of it, and with great determination, we push this cloud, this luminous mass into that place, and the cloud takes the place of the ailment …………………………………………………………………………………

Continue to breathe slowly and deeply, the mass is taking control, it has broken through the blockage, it has overcome the problem, and now it allows us to be harmonious.
Carry on breathing deeply……………………………………………………….
NOW let us blend with this cloud, we are no longer a body, we are the cloud, all of our being is merged with this cloud……………………
………………we are weightless………………………we manage to float………………………………all of our being is enclosed in this cloud, we are this cloud……………………………
Let us spin gently around……….lift ourselves up…………we are like a balloon………….the slightest breeze will move us…………….
…NOW………the clouds are getting closer, coming together…………
……and merging…………………we are becoming one great big cloud…………………………………….No longer is there me…………….no longer is there you……………..no longer is there us, there is only this cloud…………………………………………..
The cloud gets bigger and bigger, it expands……………………but does not lose its form,…………………………….then slowly slowly it expands even more and becomes the Universe…………………….we are the Universe, no longer ourselves, we are the Universe.
As we breathe deeply our weightlessness increases…………………….
We don’t know where we are…………………….who we are……………..but we are part of the Whole……………………there is Peace and Harmony, there’s Awareness and Serenity…………………we breathe deeply and slowly…………………………………now we must return to our body, we must travel the opposite path………………..we must become ourselves…………………..but take with us the Awareness that we are part of the Whole…………………..
………….Returning, we leave behind the ailments and only keep the best part of ourselves……………………………..We want to feel well……………we want to live in Harmony………………………..our cells are enriched because they have had this conscious contact with the Whole, we have allowed them to receive the Strength and Harmony of the Whole……………………………………………………………
Once again we are a cloud, we are ourselves with our double body
……………………..don’t let this cloud go away, let’s keep it near us, within us, around us, continuing to feel this cloud………………………
…………………………….Relaxation continues…………there is Peace, Serenity, Harmony……………..a long healing sleep would be good, it would allow this cloud to complete its work : to penetrate every single cell…………………………….to bring Light……………..Love……..

Every evening, before going to sleep, become a cloud, feel yourself as a cloud, reach the Universe and then go back to being your selves…a cloud…………………………………………..
Night after night this cloud will heal you……………………will help you………………….when you are worn out, when your thoughts weigh you down, when difficulties suddenly arrive, when you feel crushed…………………….become a cloud.
Help yourselves, by yourselves…………………….this is an exercise that will strengthen you, it will strengthen your cells, make them more harmonious…………………………..do it before you go to bed and then follow it up with a good sleep……………………the results will not fail to arrive.
