In our effort to stabilize energetic equilibrium, and restore harmony, strength and coherence again to our cells, lies the beauty of Life.
When we are ill, when we feel weak, when a health problem overwhelms us, then is the moment to rebel.
It is the moment to react, to unite with the divine.
We must rouse ourselves; what does this mean?
It means, throw out all our certainties and opinions, the things we are conditioned by, and not feel trapped by situations that feel alien to us.
Rebelling is a jolt that could save us, give a new equilibrium and coherence to our cells.
The word” coherence” is very important because all the functions of our body are dependent on each other in a series, a chain of faultless reactions.
When there is this wonderful force of coherence, then all the reactions happen in the right way.
Now let’s try to visualize the problem, and if there is someone who fortunately doesn’t have a problem, they can use this system anyway to reinforce their own cells, meaning themselves.
If you live coherently, then your cells will be coherent too, if our thoughts are incoherent, then so will our cells be incoherent.
There is no difference between what we are, and what we think, and the physical reaction that manifests itself in us.
Focus on the problem, we will break it into tiny pieces………..what was once a concrete, material problem, a painful part, a lump, an unbalanced situation, is now in shreds. It is no longer a unit, but just tiny specks, We have destroyed it.
The specks go away..far away…and leaving us free they create an empty space.
There is a powerful force that attracts the specks into a vortex, they lose their identity, they are no longer matter, only specks spinning in the universe.
Where there was a problem, now there is just empty space.
A colorless space, without depth or energy, just space.
Let’s watch how those specks continue to drift away, we can neither perceive nor remember what they were, because in that vortex they have lost their identity: they have melted into the universe.
They are part of the Whole, and cannot be distinguished from the universe itself. The empty space remains, it begins to fluctuate very slowly, there are ripples like the sea, little clean, limpid waves, the waves break, the water foams, then there is stillness, and slowly, slowly the space fills up with water.
The water is crystal clean, it undulates, it is welcoming.
With the element of water, we have created a lake.
Now it changes, air is added to it: there is a light breeze that makes ripples on the surface, but there is a fusion between the water and air. They pervade each other without friction, they have just changed the panorama: the lake has moved.
We have united the two elements of water and air.
Everything becomes still, because the fusion between these two elements has taken place.
With this stillness, we can see that there is sand too.
Under the water there are stones and sand, all perfectly clean: the earth.
This space is made up of three elements: water, air and earth.
All is calm, harmonious, it relaxes us, we know that fire and the ether (a very rarefied and highly elastic substance formerly believed to permeate all space, including the interstices between the particles of matter, and to be the medium whose vibrations constituted light and other electromagnetic radiation) are missing from these elements.
There is a turbulence now among the three elements and they create the force of fire: there are no flames, nothing burns, but it is the vibration of Force that now permeates this peaceful lake.
Everything moves, is churning, the three elements have triggered a fourth element, fire.
The lake is boiling, spinning, and creating a whirlpool it reaches the ether, and where once there was an empty space, now there is a spiral, rising upwards and taking the sand with it; now there is air, the force of the fire, and the contribution from the ether.
This spiral is our Life, our cells, our energy.
The cells move in a spiral form, we have removed the flawed ones, those cells that are tired and incoherent, and we have put new ones in their place…..
Now, when each of you are tired of this vortex, and decide to make the lake calm again, do it calmly and serenely, knowing that you have created a new substance that has dispersed the old.
This whirlwind, this spiral, now becoming many spirals, many cells, this lake, is made up of many small spirals, they are your cells.
They come together, they recognize each other, they replace those you have dissipated.
Treat this part with love, with gratitude and joy. Repeat this exercise without throwing away this part and making an empty space, but from the spiral, because now the old is no more, there is just the new.
In the days to come, this new part needs to be corroborated, so recreate this spiral that becomes little spirals, and reinforce the organ.
This will keep you in contact with the “problem” but you will be able to deal with it.
This will help you to be in a state of equilibrium, be healthy and be protagonists of your Life.
