The journey from darkness to the light is fascinating and it regards each one of us if we are able to pass from the negative polarity to the positive one.
By negative polarity we mean pessimism, anxiety, fear, control and the lack of self-confidence: by positive polarity we mean optimism, self-confidence, joy, constructive commitment and everything that makes us feel good and helps us to better our lives.
I invite you to concentrate because this is a journey that concerns situations and emotions you have experienced, and so you must search within yourselves to find what is being offered to you now.
Visualize darkness….in a dark room, without knowledge of yourselves or a point of reference. However you are not disoriented because this is your normal state.
Nobody has ever told you that there is Light, no-one has ever given you a guideline, a different situation is unknown to you, only darkness, almost nothingness.
While your Mind is silent this is an acceptable state, the moment your Mind begins to think, Fear takes over.
You begin to ask yourselves: what am I doing here? What is surrounding me? One question above all you ask: who am I? What am I?
In the darkness I have never seen or even perceived myself, but the Mind begins to insinuate these questions.
These questions provoke Fear and Panic because you don’t know the answers.
Your eyes are becoming accustomed to the dark, your Mind continues to ask more questions. Accustomed to the darkness, you begin to discern something. You are moving here and there, you touch some objects, put your face in your hands: you have two eyes, a nose, a mouth, ears, you do not give them a name but you start to perceive that they exist.
The Fear becomes greater because you don’t understand, there is something within you that wants more than just two eyes a nose, ears and a mouth, there is something that wants the meaning of all this, what are they for, why are they there, and most of all, are you these things or much more?
The realization of these first steps can have two results: Fear together with curiosity to know more, and Terror finding yourselves with something you cannot handle, something whose origins are unknown to you, and maybe you have no idea what to do with this knowledge. Therefore Fear and Confusion intensify and this is the negative polarity.Or this curiosity leads you to want to know more, with the feeling that you are not in a hostile world. You haven’t created the eyes, nose, mouth and ears, you have found them. If you don’t know how to use them, you have time to understand.
Who could have created something so beautiful, up to now unknown to you? Anyhow it is something you would not be able to create, you are just discovering it.
Then your curiosity goes hand in hand with a feeling of Gratitude, recognizing that there is something that can do, what you couldn’t possibly do.
This is the positive polarity.
You are recognizing that you are the fruit of something superior to you.
The second step is to accept everything you have found, that it is part of you, and you accept it and discover how it works and how to use its best aspects.
This again is the positive polarity.
Otherwise you can start to question everything because it isn’t what you wanted.
Maybe you wanted three eyes and two mouths, and so you begin to make objections and not make use of what you have found……….only finding flaws.
This is the negative polarity.
In your thoughts, every day and every moment this mechanism repeats itself.
You always have two choices when facing the events that Life offers you, to deal with them in either the negative polarity or the positive one.
In the positive polarity you trust Life, you know that you are being taught something, you know that you are part of Evolution, and so you adhere to Evolution. You search for the lesson even if it is painful, and you are willing to let Evolution use you, so through your experiences you give a contribution to Evolution.
You can of course choose the negative polarity and say that the event shouldn’t have happened, you didn’t need it, you are fine as you are. If your life continues in NOT exactly the way you had expected, despite all your attempts to control it, you blame others, or bad luck, or society, everything that is external to you, without ever questioning your own conduct.
This is the negative polarity.
Here is something simple almost banal to reflect on: can Life go against itself? To hurt you just for the pleasure of doing so?
Could Evolution make you absolutely desperate by giving you tasks too difficult for you to deal with?
The answer is NO.
The reply to all these questions is NO.
Life does not work against itself, Evolution is perfect and knows the right path that must be taken, and you are the instruments that Life and Evolution use for the advancement of all the Universe.
When your thoughts become negative, when the trials seem too hard, when we are experiencing a burden that seems too heavy for us, then you need to stop, remove the burden from your shoulders, put it on the ground, look at it, then sit on it.
Then Life and Evolution intervene, and because you haven’t held the burden tightly to yourself, the best part of you is finally able to act, and at last the solution arrives.
This is living in the positive polarity.
In the negative polarity everything is complicated, within the event that Life offers us there is the solution ( because EVERY event has the solution within it) you are not able to see it because you start to feel sorry for yourself and imagine that the situation is much bigger than it really is and you will never be able to resolve it. This means that the event has been unable to teach you, and calls other events whose aim is to offer you again the lesson you have not understood, and so Life becomes arduous and complicated, and then you say: I am so unlucky.
This is very true, not because Life is wicked or bad, it is simply because you are obstinate, you don’t want to understand what Life is telling you and teaching you in that moment.
There is not only Joy and Lightheartedness in the positive polarity, there are also difficult tasks, burdensome paths to take, but the ability to deal with them exists because the first thing to do is look for the lesson. When this is understood the solution appears and other similar tasks do not arrive, the burdensome path is interrupted.
To pass from the dark to the light is to transform what is within us from the negative to the positive polarity.
The same event or situation can be lived with either polarity.
The choice is up to you.
Now when everything seems so complicated, people are disoriented, fear of the future is spreading throughout society, the positive polarity is the best refuge, understanding that we are in the stream of Life that always guides us. Even if we have to face difficulties, the suitable solutions for us will be there. We must not think that we are not able to deal with them, instead we will be able to in the best way.
This is the Kingdom of Heaven, the one that Christ gave to us, he didn’t say that it will arrive, he said I will give you the Kingdom of Heaven.
The Kingdom of Heaven is living with the divine vibration active within us, in the highest frequency that the human being can express on this three dimensional Earth, above all living in Harmony, in Harmony with the Universe. This means being in Harmony with other people, feeling part of the Whole, not a disconnected, wandering cell that isn’t nurtured from a body, but a cell nurtured by a loving body that gives us oxygen and everything we need.
Make this Awareness part of you: if I am on this Earth it is because my journey is Evolution. Life has allowed me to be here in this condition, in this place, at this moment, because it knows what is right for me.
You must practice these thoughts from morning to evening, be conscious of them every moment of the day, every breath we take must be a gift we donate to Evolution because we are here for this: to help the Evolution of the planet, and consequently all of the Universe.
