Everything that is carried out with Love leaves positive traces in the Energy and gives a positive boost to Evolution.
Everything carried out in a negative way has the opposite result and harms the Energy.
What do we mean by energetic damage?
It means that there is a vibrational “decline” following the “insult” caused by negativity and consequently the Energy is damaged.
There is a simple way to limit the damage: just understand the energetic process and act accordingly.
When you give off negativity, the Energy that permeates you, is attacked by an “emission” contrary to what the Energy has asked for.
The Energy cannot ask for active negativity.
It cannot ask us to handle situations in a negative way.
Once emitted, this negativity destabilizes the Energy, and the individual becomes aware of a significant uneasiness which “corrodes” his Harmony.
The easiest way to return quickly and definitely to a positive state is to listen to oneself with Sincerity, without trying to mystify what you feel.
Understanding that our behavior has produced negativity automatically annuls it.
This happens because being Aware of our actions is a strong Force that creates stability.
To recognize your error means you cancel it out.
Always be honest with yourselves, never mystify your feelings.
This is the only way to avoid damaging your Energy.
