From a practical point of view exist situations of little value, however they “move” great energetic forces, whereas others decidedly more demanding have little or no effect on the energetic frequency regarding the vibrations.
This happens because the information asked for by the Energy does not always correspond in measure to the relevance of the event.
It is important to understand that practical mental evaluations do not always coincide with energetic cosmic ones.
Every time that the individual is asked to measure up to Reality, he should be wise enough to realize that it is useful to Evolution, so he must force himself to see the lesson within the event and not just stubbornly search for a practical solution.
The best solution is always deeply rooted in the event, but it is often not implemented because you are frantically looking for an alternative solution.
Why does this happen?
Simply because the Energy that has “provoked” the event has foreseen a type of solution that will stimulate a particular vibration useful for its Harmony.
Let me give you a practical example: I have to face a complex problem regarding my work, which partly I cannot resolve because I am obliged to abide by the decisions of others.
I have various alternatives when dealing with a problem like this: ignore it, leave all the responsibility for finding a solution to others, or take action to prevent or modify the decisions taken by others, or even understand why I find myself in this situation. Most of all, what is the lesson that Life wishes me to experience through this event.
Now the mechanism of the vibrations comes into the picture: Commitment, Fraternity, Respect for others, Generosity, Humility, Coherence, Fear, Expectation, etc.
These are all the vibrations that the human being expresses as part of his personality without him realizing that these characteristics lead him to vibrate in either the negative or positive polarity depending on how they are put into practice.
Clearly the work place event has the ideal solution within the event itself, which has been foreseen and provoked by Life.
This ideal solution will appear if the individual gives the right response, meaning that he will use the right vibration when taking action.
If the person involved has to measure up to Humility, then his actions must be humble, if instead he has to strengthen his Commitment, then he will have to apply himself even more, and so on.
Having passed the test, the Energy takes the response received and does not create other similar events as they are not necessary any more, as the vibrations of interest to this situation, Commitment, Humility, etc., are now stable and Harmonious.
