Let us address the “chaotic” issue of the personality.
The formation of the personality is based on the human being’s genetical characteristics, and those of his family, society, and environment, and above all on how all these are utilised.
Completely harmonious personalities don’t exist, there’s always the need to cope with the various aspects, to refine and amalgamate the many features of the human being.
This situation is completely normal, as the aim of Life is precisely that of progressing and “working” on ourselves.
If the personality was totally harmonious without need for improvement, there would be no purpose to Life.
It is clear therefore, that the personality is a product of many elements, but the most important thing to be aware of, is that the personality responds to the Mind, just as the Energy responds to the Instinct.
The Mind is another chapter, that once opened, one doesn’t know how to close it again, because it has so many implications, mainly through it’s great logical and analytical ability which is used to guide, dissect and deal with situations.
But how?
On the earthly frequency level, by silencing the Instinct, and making the individual face up to himself and his own personality.
That is why it is extremely important for the human being to listen to his Instinct, which will reveal what part of his personality needs to be improved on, what part needs to be eliminated, and what part needs to be strengthened.
If you don’t do this, and you leave your personality at the mercy of the Mind, you could well strengthen your personality, but that doesn’t mean that you strengthen the best part of it.
The Mind can point out to us that some initiative is certainly valid, not only acceptable but also gratifying, however, if we live our Life always with initiative, we risk going beyond what our Energy asks of us.
We can become enterprising with a vengeance, causing damage to our Energy in how we deal with situations, just to gratify our personality.
We must only use Love when analysing the personality. We mustn’t demonise it, just analyse it with Love.
To emit an exaggeratedly critical vibration against ourselves, and judging ourselves ruthlessly, leads the Mind to immediately obstruct our efforts in trying to understand better our personality.
This happens, because during this extremely critical search to fully understand ourselves, we can touch painful places and be hurt.
This doesn’t happen when we search within ourselves with Love, and force ourselves to understand, love and accept ourselves, and of course to improve ourselves.

Starting from the idea of Surrender, improving ourselves can’t be painful: we are small, we are grains of sand, we are leaves on the river…….Let us Surrender ourselves, and everything becomes easy.
There is nothing in our personality to defend, only that part of it that makes us happy.
