If you want to be really free, then your starting point is: who am I, where do I want to go and how do I see myself.
How can I be free if I do not know who I am, because then my freedom will always be conditioned by others, by society, and encouraged by everything that surrounds me to be unaware of my real self.
This happens because I have not asked myself the fundamental question: who am I?
If I am convinced that I am only an earthly human being, made up of a body and mind, and the reason I am on Earth is just limited to earthly actions, then I am free to follow this mental image of myself.
On the other hand, if I feel free because I am aware, I have thought about it, and believe that I am a cell of a divine body, and know that I am on Earth to emit vibrations, to help Evolution take root and make progress, then my freedom will be without limits. I no longer comply to what society and others expects of me, but will adhere exclusively to myself, conscious of a strong, unmistakable Instinct based on the certainty that I am a cell of a divine body.
This liberty must be defended to the bitter end: no-one can make us do anything we consider wrong, and is contrary to how we see things.
If we behave in a way that makes us fear hurting others, then we must ask ourselves if hurting others is among our intentions.
This is the fundamental point, more than any other this is the state that makes man unhappy and limits his freedom, and obliges him to be conditioned by others.
When he hurts or causes suffering he is convinced that he can sense what others expect of him, usually he is wrong, but this expectation anyway has limited his actions.
There is also another fundamental concept to keep in mind: we only do something bad when we intend to, when we commit a wicked action in a cruel and vindictive way. However, if we act according to our Instinct which urges us to listen to our deep inner self, then we cannot act harmfully. It is possible that we can cause suffering, confusion, fear, even resentment, but all this serves to make the receiver reflect, to improve himself, to react and continue along his way.
Basically, one must not emit the vibration of evil or do something bad just for the fun of it.
After these deliberations we can conclude that we are free to adhere to ourselves and we must defend this liberty at all costs.
