Let us consider the certainties of Life.
When we speak of eternal Life it is because Life is Energy and Information, and therefore has a Frequency that is never-ending.
In this sense we can speak of eternal Life.
Our earthly journey happens so that this Energy, this eternal Life can absorb the information and vibrations that we, but also individually, can and must emit.
This thought is enough to make us understand how careful, aware and precise must be the thoughts, actions and intentions that we emit.
Life’s events must not frighten us, because they always match our energetic potential: our Energy cannot attract anything we are not able to cope with. Again, this last thought is enough to make us understand how essential it is that our lives are linear, simple and above all coherent with how we feel.
We must make an effort to perceive ourselves as Energy, to leave our personality at the margin of our thoughts, and live only the best characteristics of our personality.
Our Minds must be the servant of our Energy, to serve us towards Evolution.
Let us not think of Life’s journey as a bumpy ride; do not look on Life as an enemy or with diffidence.
Let’s try to understand that Life is Love, Evolution is Love, and the entire Universe is Love.
I would like to give you the gift of Lightness: in your thoughts, your soul, and your interaction with others.
Try to always live adhering to your Instinct, and let your Instinct guide your Mind and thoughts.
Have faith and listen to it. It is the vibration that unites you to the Divine Forces. If lived harmoniously you will be surrounded with positivity, Joy and well-being.
Smile every time you are faced with a small stone, or a huge rock as you see it, and you are temped to fall over. Just look for the solution to be found in the stone. Life as always is teaching you something, and if you deal with it with Lightness you can skip over the stone and find the solution.
Don’t ask yourselves too many questions; let Life give you the answers to your unexpressed questions.
If a question appears in your Mind, just notice it, nothing else, Life will offer you the solution.
Trust Life totally, because you are Life.
Don’t ever deviate from what you are: it is the only definite way to live well.
